Wow, who is gonna benefit from this 22 million dollar bonanza? Is it:
    A: The friends of Spano
    B: The friends of Spano
    C: The friends of Spano
    D: The friends of Spano
Seems like a lot of money for 5 addresses dont it? I think we’d be better served by having local 456 do all the work

  2. All Things Being Equal

Too bad they won’t have any cops to protect them or firefighters to tend to their emergency and fires in this new, revived area of town. The kids won’t have any sports programs because they’ve all been cut. “But if you build it, they will come…..”

  3. Please stop

Another project, another givaway. They say it will create 134 new jobs. At what cost, how much do the other taxpayers in yonkers have to kick in to even the playfield.
Take notes from other places in the state. If it dont make sense dont do it. Dont give the money away for no gain.
In Orange County they are giving tax breaks to Crystal run Health care stating ” if we dont they may build elsewhere”. Did anyone ever consider if they build elsewhere the people in that area will not go to them for service? Lame excuses for a lame concept. If you want to give money away find another venue, this one has run its course.
Newburgh recently had the gumption to tell a developer there is nothing in it for the town so “NO YOU CANT HAVE MORE FREE MONEY”
