We, the undersigned members of the City Council, pursuant to rule 1.2 of the city council rules, do hereby call a Special Meeting of the City Council, to be held on Monday, August 4, 2014 in the City Council Chambers, Fourth Floor, City Hall, Yonkers, New York at 8:00 p.m, for the following purpose:

To Discuss And Take Action On:

  1. Special Ordinance – State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) – adopted varius capital projects in and for the city
  2. Special Ordinance authorizing fiscal year 2014/2015 funding for various capital projects included in the Capital Budget for the city
  3. Resolution of the council of the City of Yonkers settling the litigation known as Cromwell Towers redevelopment
  4. All other business properly coming before the Council

    NYS has 4 Billion surplus thanks to the banking fines, which we’ll all pay for eventually. But, why is NYS still holding YO hostage for adequate funding? I guess there’s more involved then common sense…..maybe POLITICS!!!!!!!!!

  2. More giveaways?

    Last minute meetings in the middle of summer. Must be more giveaways to developers and the friends and family club. How much are we giving and to whom?

    Will Robertson be there and will he get a pension from Spanos new selection?
