YONKERS, NY, August 2, 2010 — On 07-31-10 at approximately 2:58 p.m., 3rd Precinct units responded to St. Joseph’s Hospital on a report of two males who were stabbed. Investigation revealed that the two victims were involved in a dispute with three Hispanic males at La Fogata restaurant located at 34 Park Hill Avenue. The dispute turned physical outside of the bar and the two males were subsequently stabbed. A 28 year old male city resident sustained a stab wound to his abdomen and a 32 year old male city resident sustained a stab wound to the left chest. Both victims were treated and released. One of the suspects was described as approximately 30 years old, 5’9” tall, 230 pounds, and wearing a red shirt and red baseball hat. The second suspect was described as approximately 18 years old 5’0” tall, 190 pounds, and wearing a black t-shirt. The third suspect was described as a dark skinned Hispanic male. On 07-30-10 at approximately 12:37 a.m., numerous 1st Precinct units responded to 11 Rossiter Avenue on a report of a burglary that just occurred. A 68 year old female related that she was asleep when she was woken up by a male shinning a flashlight at her direction. The victim screamed for help and the male apparently fled through a back door to an unknown location. A rear window in the kitchen was observed to be open. Approximately $270.00 was missing from the residence. Responding units canvassed the area for the suspects, but they were not located.
