  1. Despite of homeowner safety concerns in the neighborhood(Homewood,Bryn Mawr Knolls,Gramatan Hills), construction paving of the old Putnam RR right of way has commenced. The paved bike way is great for the bikers, but as day turns into night, the backyards of the homeowners will become highly vulnerable to criminals. Also at all hours of the night, the homeowners can expect to hear the sounds of motorcylists,4 wheelers and motor bikes.Another legacy of the Andy Spendo,Ken Jenkins Democratic Party controlled county. The only good Democrat is a defeated Democrat.
