YPD_Ronnell Jones Reward Poster Yonkers, NY, November 15, 2010 —  There will be a $5,000.00 reward offered for the arrest and conviction of homicide suspect Ronnell Jones.  He is wanted for a double homicide which occurred on July 6, 2010 at 77 Locust Hill Avenue.  Four other victims were injured in this incident, including a small child who was wounded by the gunfire.   Anyone with information can contact the Detective Division at 914-377-7725.  All calls will be kept confidential. 


On 11-13-10 at approximately 12:26 a.m., units responded to 354 Nepperhan Avenue on a report of shots fired.  Officers located a 26 year old male city resident with apparent gunshot holes to his pants.  The victim related that he was shot at in front of the location, and a bullet went through both pant legs, but did not hit strike his body.  Investigation revealed that the victim may have been entering a taxi at the time of the shooting, and the victim subsequently ran into the courtyard of 354 Nepperhan Avenue.  The victim refused medical attention at the scene.  An officer located a shell casing in the area and the crime scene was processed.  Numerous units canvassed the area for additional victim(s) and/or suspect(s), but none were located.  Anyone with information can contact the Detective Division at 914-377-7724.
