  1. The College Board just gave Pierorazio an award for promoting higher learning. This is a problem . We have educators who do not look at the data. Pierorazio has 16 SINI schools under his belt and the lowest graduation rate in the history of Yonkers Public Schools. Not to mention that only 8% of those who graduated received a regents diploma. What is this country coming to. This is an embarrassment. I have been hoping that Spano has learned something throughout his political experience. I heard you read the speech he gave on your program and was disappointed that he is no better than Amicone. All words and no plan. Our schools will continue to fail and my prediction is when the school report cards are released in Feb. we can determine how many. Ore schools will be added to the SINI list. My educated guess is that we will see at least 20 out of 39 schools failing. There will be no option but for the state to take over our schools as in Roosevelt LI.
