  1. Public-private partnership.
    Private people earning money.
    Public(tax)dollars paying them.
    Do we stop paying all the administrators in the school system when they take over?
    Double redundancy for jobs that dont it. If yonkers school administration cant cut it, then get rid of them and replace with private people. I never thought I would see public admin. people call for private help, there must be a deal here somewhere. The system cannot support this kind of double admin. payouts. The plan they want to put in place is close to an IDA scheme only in this one , you know up front nothing is coming back to the city. Just a bill.
