President Barack Obama’s Plan to Reduce Pollution

The Spanish version of President’s message was presented on May 31, 2014, and thereafter delivered by Angela Barranco of Yonkers, New York the Associate Director for Public Engagement, Council on Environmental Quality at The White House. Angela is the former Legislative Director to former Yonkers City Council President Chuck Lesnick who started the Yonkers Green Policy Task Force on Earth Day 2006.

Mensaje De La Casa Blanca

En el mensaje de esta semana, Angela Barranco, la Directora Asociada de Enlace Público del Consejo de Calidad Ambiental de la Casa Blanca, habló sobre la implementación del plan de acción climática del presidente Obama. En colaboración con la Agencia de Protección Ambiental, esta semana la Administración va a dar a conocer los lineamientos que reducirán la contaminación de carbono de las plantas de generación energética, que tendrá un impacto profundo en la salud hispana.
