YONKERS, NY — January 17, 2016 — ​Westchester County Executive Robert P. Astorino was joined Friday, January 15th by more than 50 clergy from a variety of faiths for a breakfast gathering to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr who would have been 87 years old this past Friday
.
​The remembrance centered on Dr. King’s fight for social, economic and racial justice for all and a call to respect all peoples and religions.

​ “The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice” was one of King’s teachings referenced at the breakfast.
