Kiwanis Annual Carnival Returns to Hartsdale

HARTSDALE, NY — August 11, 2016 — It was more than 20 years ago that The Hartsdale Kiwanis Club first sponsored CARNIVAL, a fundraiser which began its annual appeal to the families of Westchester. CARNIVAL has attracted an estimated thousand supporters every year. Again CARNIVAL will include arcade games, carnival food, and 15 Carnival rides including the Ferris Wheel. The majority of funds raised will be returned to the Westchester community to new born infants , needy families, food banks, Thanksgiving baskets for those in need, backpacks loaded with school supplies, scholarships for Woodland High School seniors, a senior citizen boat ride, two picnics for senior citizens, and much more. Operated by All Star Midway, Carnival begins Thursday, September 1st and continues through Labor Day, Monday, September 5th at Webb Field, Presser Park, Central Avenue, Hartsdale, NY.
