To:  Concencion Davila a/k/a Concepcion Davila, whose whereabouts are unknown and if any of them are deceased, to all the unknown distributes, heirs at law, and next of kin,  of Concencion Davila a/k/a Concepcion Davila, their guardians, committees, conservators, or assignees, and if any of them survived the decedent but have since died or become incompetent, their successors in interest, executors, administrators, legal representatives, devises, legatees, spouses, distributes, he is at law, next of kin,committee, guardians or any person having any claim or interest through them by purchase, inheritance or otherwise.

A petition has been duly filed by Wanda Velez, who is domiciled at 485 Bronx River Road, Apt. C53, Yonkers, NY 10704.

Davila, Deceased lately domiciled at Yonkers, NY admitting to probate a Will dated July 31, 2015, a copy of which is attached as the Will of Auria E. Davila deceased, relating to real and personal property, and directing that
