WASHINGTON, DC — November 7, 2018 — Publicly shamed by President Donald Trump for over a year in time, POTUS demanded Attorney General Jeff Sessions resignation this Wednesday mid-afternoon. Pres. Trump named the attorney general’s chief-of-staff Matthew Whitaker to serve as interim attorney general.

Mr. Sessions said, “Since the day I was honored to be sworn in as attorney general of the United States, I came to work at the Department of Justice every day determined to do my duty and serve my country.”

  1. Whitaker is totally compromised to serve as Acting AG…In addition he is inelgible because the constitution provides specifically that a primary official eg one that reports directly to the president must be approved by the Senate and Whitaker was not…Aside from that little issue is the fact that Whitaker has taken a position on the Mueller investigation publicly as “going to far”and he would be supervising that investigation instead of Rod Rosenstein…So conceivably Whitaker could, if he fired Mueller be charged with Obstruction. At the very least Whitaker has an enormous conflict and should recuse himself…Whitaker also believes that Judges should not base their decisions on secular law but on “christian doctrine” also a constititional problem….Finally in the private sector Whitaker was on the Board of DIrectors of a company that scammed millions from average citizens…
