YONKERS, NY — January 3, 2019 — Sale of Empire City Casino to MGM Resorts International was intended to be consummated today, January 3, 2019. Instead the lack of a quorum saw the Gaming Commission calling off the sale advising that a required attending quorum was deficient.

The New York State Gaming Commission has yet to divulge when their next meeting will next be called to order.
