WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY —  NY — Robert Kesten opens the broadcast day this Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 10am EST. We engage in an introspection to the so-called political divid between Democrats and Republicans and question if either or neither is concerned about the public interest. If they are, why is the rhetoric too often couched in double speak only to be revealed over time to be promises unkept? As Republicans wane in prowess and number, can the Democrats engage the public in concerns that impact them or will they remain aloof to the plight of men and women throughout the nation. At issue is if America is by the People and for the People? Does the disparity within the nation’s demographic an outcome of a lackluster education, and thereafter an inability to earn a living wage? Have we become a nation of those financially stressed, and financial elite, and a shrinking middle class, where political outcome is predetermined by money? If so, can this situation be corrected or will we find a backlash similar to the Yellow Vests protests that revealed that power is but a veneer that when challenged is not as dominant as conjectured? This segment from 10-10:30am
