Community Investment

Congratulations to the Ossining High School Class of 2019. Your families and your community are proud of all that you have accomplished and excited for all that you will contribute as young adults.

Last week’s Legislative Session began with a Public Hearing regarding Hudson Steppe. There were a number of residents who came to speak on elements of this application related to affordable housing. Click here to view those comments. The Village Board’s discussion about potential strategies to address our affordable housing challenges were also discussed during Continuing Business, along with the need to clarify that this development will be built to current Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards rather than the version associated with the previously approved site plan.
