  1. Listened to interview with Mayor. Such double talk about ‘cementing’ things for the future. What baby boomers are selling their houses and moving to the waterfront to be with millennials? Everyone that I know or heard that has sold, has moved to Woodlawn or out of state. Wish we had access to reliable stats on sales and departures. This guy is delusional!

    Still waiting for $ to come from Albany to bail Yonkers out again, 2019-20 budget is late, no State of the City. Just more of the same, more window dressing!

    And Alvarado, omg! Words can’t describe his incompetency. He’s the solution??? God help District 17!
