GREENBURGH, NY — September 23, 2019 — Lee F. Jackson Elementary School (K-1), part of The Greenburgh Central School District are promoting safe driving with their T-shirt campaign. Watch the launch of their campaign. The kindergarteners are encouraging motorists to obey the 20 MPH speed limits near schools by driving within the speed limits. They do so via their T-shirt campaign.
