The Read It and Weep Hezitorial

Yonkers Police Officers Must Never Forget …

The City of Yonkers’ ‘friends and family’ network have devolved into a cabal of GRIMY people. They are recognized as back-stabbers, untrustworthy, doing wrong to others to gain something, selfish, … willing to step on people to get to the top. Doing something f*cked-up to anybody, even a so-called friend, if they can get something out of it.

YONKERS, NY — June 29, 2020 — It’s no secret that the City of Yonkers is a demeaning, and grimy place to live. It is a place where voters are hoodwinked by Yonkers City Council votes during unscheduled and unannounced meetings, where most of the local politicians are nothing more than puppets repeatedly voted into office by the people or districts that have been bought off by none other than Mayor Mike Spano’s brother, the disgraced and former New York State Senator and now Empire Strategic Planners Lobbyist and puppet master. It is an ugly and demeaning reality that has undermined and foretold Yonkers’ prospects for years.

It is a laughable reality to recognize all those potential voters who don’t come out to vote for people who conceivably could and would govern in a transparent and honest manner. Alas, in the most recent mayoral election, the candidates vying for mayor were make-believe (faux) candidates who had no capacity to be recognized as credible challengers. They were timid in their language, had a non-existent means for raising funds, and never revealed their vision for a city that demanded it be resuscitated and rejuvenated after many years of stagnation, infighting, and fiscal ineptitude. The quackery of fake candidates for political office was controlled by an alliance of Republican and Democrat party bosses who relinquished their bidding in deference to the Spano clan. Complicit with the ever evolving political landscape were the “get along to get along” bottom dwellers who were easily bought off, one by one, by their silence, and willingness to sell themselves for personal remuneration and employment of their progeny. It remains the basis for and capacity to control the political outcome of a city whose passive aggressive ploys challenging the Office of the New York State Governor, whomever he has been, is a failed scenario. Whether Governor George Pataki, or Governor Andrew M. Cuomo, every challenge for over 2 decades has seen the City of Yonkers (CoY) at the losing end. To this day, CoY refuses to recognize its inability to progress is based on its unwillingness to live within its means.

When voters are recognized by every disparate category: ethnic, religious, sexual preference, educational, and financial means, don’t come out to vote you get what is called “familiarity”. Familiarity has begat and emboldened moves like extending term limits and exacting unsubstantiated tax increases expressed by words without providing proof of increased costs from suppliers, such as water rates, etc. And learning that CoY is said to be responsible for the LED lights in Ridge Hill despite CoY not owning it. And no credible answers are forthcoming.

Now, a third term has been permitted by a compliant Yonkers City Council, with a flip or two to changes to some district leaders that were term limited out anyway. Further, a couple of Yonkers Public School Superintendents later, a position handed to a “wanna be” and inept Yonkers Police Commissioner, whose best friend is Yonkers Police Benevolent Association (PBA) President Det. Keith Olson, has been kicking over lobbying cash to the Mayor’s brother since 2014. The sums have been at $24,000 annually and with that fee, Yonkers gets a permanently smiling Commissioner that insiders call the “Joker”. Not to be forgotten is an additional “pay to play” annual sum from the Yonkers Captains, Lieutenant , and Sergeants Association (CLSA to the tune of $12,000 annually for Nick Spano’s ESP lobbying firm.

Rev. Steve Lopez, Yonkers Board of Education Trustee President and Yonkers Police Chaplain.

Yonkers will always be a shady city, crying for more funding as The Yonkers Board of Education (YBoE) Board of Trustees are given stipends, cars and given honorary appointments in other departments, such as YBoE President Rev. Steve Lopez who is now also Yonkers Police Department (YPD) Police Chaplain. One need no longer imagine such conduct but to recognize that familiarity has bred contempt, and that contempt empowers bad behavior that seems to be always swept under CoY’s filthy rugs. Yonkers is infested with internal complaints that range from allegations of sexual harassment allegations at the YBoE and at Yonkers City Hall, as well as pending workplace harassment lawsuits.

The reality is that the Spano’s wanted it all, and everything they do is self-serving and yes, Mike Spano got everybody on catnip, just as the Yonkers PBA President Det. Keith Olson is really Yonkers Police Commissioner John Mueller’s misinformation goto guy.

Mayor Mike Spano hoodwinked the voters for another term, more contracts for his relatives, and an upcoming request for his salary to be increased from $165,000 to $200,000 annually, all while continuing to fan and grow nepotism in many departments. Just check out the city’s recent hires and civil service lists for yourself.  One may ask why and how is this happening? It is as simple as “a,b,c”. Plain and simple, it is because most of the eligible voting population doesn’t vote. This reality begets bottom of the barrel dwelling politicians who really should be doing other things, but the allure of a vested 10-year pension, medical benefits, a city car with unlimited gas, attracts the do nothing, parroting, sycophant politicians who can’t or won’t fix the city’s financial woes, preferring instead to loading buses with people to beseech Albany with tin cup in hand every year for additional funding. Only in Yonkers can ex-convicts thrive and intermingle with grimy political hacks and dirty police union leaders that would sell their own mothers out for perks and family jobs. Only a tiny fraction of Yonkers union leadership really care about their members’ workplace environment.  The others could be found chewing on the Nick Spano custom-made cheeseburger that does not come without onion-strings attached.

A lot has happened since Mike Spano and other political leaders jumped into their foxholes since the COVID-19 Pandemic struck the United States, and “No”, we are not referring to Mayor Mike Spano handing out pizza, or the anointed Police Commissioner John Mueller, a gift from the Empire Strategic Planners’ lobbying firm to PBA Pres. Det. Keith Olson. In fact, some insiders in the know advise Olson badmouthed others on behalf of his best friend Mueller. Mueller’s YPD career had initially climbed, only to dwindle in those early years, withdrawn and diminished by upper echelon leadership in the Yonkers Police Department.

People should be careful for that which they wish. As our Yonkers leadership at Yonkers City Hall went ghost, that is missing, Mueller and Olson locked up the Cacace Justice Center, located at 104 South Broadway, and got their “ghost on”. Police Officers and many other emergency workers in Yonkers were left on a bus without a driver or Personal Protection Equipment (PPE’s) thus causing many members to be infected while their leaders operated remotely and made shift changes to their membership work schedule, citing it was for their benefit by exposing them to less hours at work. Even Olson himself had to reach deep into his wardrobe to convince his membership not to fight it.

Now if that wasn’t enough for the city of grime, a much bigger issue arose in Minneapolis that should have never happened. A black man was murdered at the hands of the Minneapolis Police Department. It was gut wrenching and painful to watch, shocking that another human being died at the hands of those officers.

One thing that most Americans can all agree upon is what transpired in Minneapolis was chilling to watch. It soon became evident how horrifying it was to contemplate that this was done by a public servant sworn to uphold the law and protect life. Police Officers should never be allowed to commit murder hiding behind a blue uniform or a shield. Sadly enough, that image was chilling and set off protests and riots throughout the  nation and internationally, as well, calling for social justice and police reform. There is no question that in this case, justice must be swift and thorough, and in accordance to the rule of law. We are all better than this horrific killing of a human being who was denied the right to breathe.  Now politicians, groups with vested interests, as well as anarchists are hijacking peaceful protests and exploiting the killing of George Floyd for their own political agendas; playing into the hands of radical groups like New Black Panthers, Antifa, Black Lives Matter, among other groups demanding change through violence. More importantly demands to defund  and/or abolish police departments will only invite “lawlessness” in unimaginable proportions, as recognizable in the City of Yonkers and New York City. Such ideas are not  “great” ideas.

Painting the whole country and all Police Officers as racist won’t bring people together either. The peaceful protests and the expression of wanting more accountability have been lost in translation to thugs and rioters that hate the very core and principals of America. Now the country is even more confused with systematic killings and assaults on Police Officers. The mob mentality has taken over. Now it seems that Police Officers are guilty until proven innocent. This is not a dispute about the party system in America but it sure seems that the Democrats are not condemning the actions of these radical groups, nor are they willing to work toward bringing people together. One has to wonder why these city mayors are staying mum as roaming thugs arm themselves, kill police officers, assault others, set fires to police vehicles and businesses after looting them. You don’t have to read Karl Marx’s “Communist Manifesto” to see in what direction these anarchists are headed. The Black Lives Matter movement has blood on their hands and is no different than the Police Officer who denied another man the right to breathe.

If the loss of George Floyd wasn’t enough, look where we are today. We have lawless thugs that are establishing no police zones, such as in Seattle, WA. Police officers are being spat upon, shot at, and assaulted with bricks, rocks, bottles, and killed in New York City. These thugs cry racism, espousing that Black Lives Matter but have killed police from diverse backgrounds, and yet are still permitted to play the race card, unchallenged and emboldened by society’s silence. The facts are that more whites are killed by the police than blacks.  There have been 104 shootings and 14 deaths in Chicago in just one weekend. Now the leaders of these well-organized radical groups are demanding to rewrite history with more violence. Meanwhile the local mayors and state officials remain mum while celebrities funnel cash to them in the hopes they won’t be victimized. Americans from all walks of life should not sit silent and let these politicians get away from keeping their constituents and communities safe by enforcing the rule of law. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. believed in peaceful protests. He preached against violence. What we are experiencing today is the complete breakdown of the social order and it needs to be stopped now. But because it is an election year some deleterious stakeholders are toying with the lives and sensibilities of all Americans.

The Yonkers Tribune has been reporting on police misconduct by a handful of actors within the Yonkers Police Department for over eight years in which very troubling incidents occurred and were covered up by persons yet to be divulged. These troubling incidents targeted civilians and other police personnel and in some cases included evidence tampering on a case by case basis. It is mentioned because all our local politicians turned a blind eye to it and in fact the Yonkers Police Department and the City of Yonkers decided to assign a case number on a media outlet for its reporting and have assigned an Intel Detective to monitor the Yonkers Tribune toward that end.  It is correct and accurate to mention that police personnel and civilians who spoke out or made internal complaints to the Internal Affairs Department were harassed and continue to be harassed by Yonkers PBA President Det. Keith Olson and others. We defined that as systematic police misconduct and internal complaints and incidents support those reports. But, this story is not about that telling. It is about what have other cities and departments learned from this? We can answer that for the City of Yonkers.

We learned that the City of Yonkers like all other municipalities have been defunding the police for some time now. Yonkers Police Benevolent Association union leaders such as PBA Pres. Det. Keith Olson has offered up cutting units for years, citing that if they got rid of certain units such as the Federally Funded Housing Unit they could save millions. No different than a protester yelling out “Defund the police”. Yonkers’ city mayors and other city politicians sat in silence while the YPD was asked for more from the men and women wearing blue uniforms. This while Olson and Mueller got their annual downtown meatball fest with the Spano Clan.  One of Mueller’s first orders was to cut overtime albeit to a few captains. So Yonkers City Hall demanded more of police officers but gave them only two days of in-house training a year, took away their medical benefits, and then gave them the old song and dance contract talk of compounding raises that sounded like the crack of a bat hitting a home run when in actuality they give up millions in benefits and the ball went afoul.

So as these anarchists and criminals hit the streets of NYC and other municipalities, burning and looting everything in sight, many mayors’ cower in fear. In Yonkers there were protests and there was looting of businesses as well. Yonkers politicians caved in to a movement in the hopes that hell would not hit the streets, but it did. Yonkers had to impose a curfew.

New York City Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Lynch (L), and Yonkers Police Benevolent Association President Keith Olson (R).

Meanwhile, peaceful protesters organized and marched on South Broadway with city leaders, Police Commissioner John Mueller and Yonkers PBA President Det. Keith Olson who took a knee to show support of a movement that is destroying our monuments, setting fires, looting, assaulting and killing police officers all over the United States. Again there is no question that what happened to Mr. Floyd was inhumane and should never be permitted to happen again, but what bubbled up from his death are not acceptable reactions and are downright acts of terror attempting to instill fear. The fact that Yonkers PBA President Det. Keith Olson took a knee as police officers were being assaulted and killed is egregious. The picture of Det. Olson kneeling says it all, while failed Police Commissioner Mueller is depicted carrying a sign, he also took a knee. Does anyone remember if any other Police Commissioners were marching around with signs on their necks?

John Mueller on a knee.

We now know that New York Police Department (NYPD) procedure is against police taking a knee in support of a political position. The Yonkers Police Department (YPD) policy stipulates that police personnel are not permitted to associate with known convicted felons either. What is outrageous is that PBA Pres. Det. Keith Olson took a knee when in all the years under his watch he has undermined the Yonkers Police Department, physically hit and hurt out her police officers, as well as undermining his own integrity by not telling the truth about various circumstances, that he knows he committed. Taking a knee was a photo op by Olson. Despite Olson and Mueller’s undermining conduct of the YPD, juxtaposed to what these criminals want you to believe the Blue Wall has not crumbled and the rule of law will ultimately be back under control with or without the help of these mute politicians, such as Mayor Mike Spano and alter boy’s like Yonkers PBA Det. President Keith Olson, and P.C. John Mueller.

Interestingly, not all high ranking personnel “took a knee”.

So what is P.C. John Mueller up to now? What is certain is that he is NOT controlling crime. Crime in Yonkers has gone unreported and is through the roof and the two altar boys, Olson and Mueller, can co longer fabricate blame onto former Police Commissioner Charles Gardner anymore, nor can they lead a police department.  Sources report that Mueller only wants his personnel focusing on investigating fireworks being sold. Reports inform the Yonkers Tribune that police officials went to the Department of Public Works (DPW)  and asked them to report any signs of fireworks boxes when DPW personnel make their daily garbage collection rounds throughout Yonkers.

Yonkers Police Commissioner John Mueller (L)

Is it even legal to go through garbage in search of boxes / containers that held fireworks? What would come next should an unverified report from a sanitation employee be found incorrect?  Seems like Mayor Mike Spano and Police Commissioner John Mueller don’t want cops to do their jobs anymore. We cannot atone for the sins of others but we should let the many thousands of hardworking honest cops do their job without fear of losing it. Reports inform the Yonkers Tribune that Mueller and the Mayor Spano are still fanning the flames of the Black Lives Matter Movement whose leadership recently threatened to burn down the whole system of government. Sounds like a terrorist threat rather than peaceful protesters. Police Officers are human and all the Police Officers that were shot, assaulted and killed had no involvement as to what happened in Minneapolis. What we are now witnessing are thugs and criminals seeking to instill fear into law abiding citizens. We should look through a lens on how to make things better in society as a whole and to take us to a better place in Yonkers and throughout the nation. Destroying historical monuments and targeting police officers is contrary to the beliefs of many in this country, specifically those that promoted a legacy of racism, such as the flag of the State of Mississippi, now banned. Mayor Mike Spano should have been troubled when he witnessed members of the Yonkers PBA in a drunken brawl and the fact that the Yonkers PBA Union President was targeting civilians and Yonkers Police Officers. He didn’t take a knee then, did he?

The City of Yonkers will always have internal complaints and workplace harassment of its public employees in every department. Let us not forget, the recent public demotion and NAACP demonstration of a high ranking Deputy Superintendent Andrea Coddett, a black educator. This is the Yonkers way under Mike Spano and his band of brothers.

  1. When John Mueller and Keith Olson get in front of the County Judge the whole story will go public and it will be told by many many people.

  2. Making Christmas Cards of that great photos. Lynch standing and the worst union leader in NYS kneeling. Keith Olson gets a Christmas card.

  3. Office of the Yonkers PBA is looking for a new PBA President that does not attempt to throw members out, does not harass and assault others and certainly does not kneel as police officers are being attacked.

Please, serious inquiries only. Must have an attorney to protect you from frivolous intentional internal write ups and assaults.

Think long and hard or just let the current dirty looking waterfront bum pass along the seat to his angry cousin who can’t handle his own affairs.

  4. Just saw the Yonkers PBA President Keith ( the woodsman) Olson on his knee in front of McDonald’s . He was not wearing a body cam but had a signed PBA contract in his 1970 cargo shorts.

  5. Just hope omg the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office is looking very closely at the cases coming out of Yonkers.

  6. Eddie Armor is another gamer for these thugs. In fact he is one of the architects of Taggart’s demise thinking Mueller was going to be Miss America then. Nope never happened and since then he attempts to put out all these love letters how great these thugs are when in essence Eddie Lee was working overtime while receiving a PBA President stipend. Eddie go get a wedge or something and stop putting out lies. What, Does KO have something on you? Don’t kid yourself you rode in on Cola’s coat tails and since then you moan and groan for what purpose. You got your Traffic Overtime first. Your a loser and you should be sailing the SS PBA. Now go write more misinformation you loser.

    1. The chimp & the rat. My my what a crime team they became looting PBA members funds. Karma is a bitch though I hope to read one day that the roof of his Florida penthouse got torn off by a hurricane. Two freaking losers! I has a boat, boat good, I ride boat in penthouse bathtub, hibbidybibbidydibbidy.

  7. Is there any way Barry McGoey can be PBA President as well as YFD President? I hope those firemen know how lucky they are. We can only wish.

    1. Yup, Barry didn’t give up anything significant and now Nick Spano’s dough boy PBA Keith Olson wants to sell the Yonkers Police Officers longevity that Barry was able to get last contract.
Given the environment the Yonkers Police Department must grow a pair and dump the kneeling BLM altar fool. Pat Lynch never took a knee as his cops were attacked.
Time for YPD to DUMP the worst and most corrupt Yonkers PBA President that ever was handed a cheated seat.

I don’t know what he gets paid. But City Hall got him an apartment across Phillipse Manor Hall a few years ago is what he told me years ago! — Kindly, Hezi

    2. Lmao. That hector kid along with PBA knees and P.C. Joker need swift kicks to the ass & to be forever banned from Yonkers. Three menaces!

    1. Defund the partying Nick Spano yes boy John the Joker Mueller. The smartest man alive according to himself. The law school student that never attended and the drunken police Captain of the 4th Police Precinct. Photos available upon request as well as witnesses. Now please kneel if you want your job.

  8. Yet we elected Spano for a third term. We must get better people in office. The mayor is a moron. The City Council is a collection of seven stupid people. The Board of Ed is unqualified and needs to be voted in.
They are hurting us. Making it difficult for us to get out of here an sell our houses we regrettably bought. If we stay, forcing us to look into private schools. We deserve better.
Ask yourselves this. Would you buy again in Yonkers? Then who would buy your house when you want to leave?

  9. As far as Keith Olson & John Mueller go they pandered to the crowd because deep down they are guilty of much misconduct. As long as those two and their select few PBA & CLSA member stage 4 ass clingers get what they want, screw the majority of the honest hard working cops & bosses. Keith Olson is anti Trump so in essence he’s anti Police. He’s always been a shit cop and he’s the worst PBA President in the over hundred years the Yonkers PBA has been in existence. Hezi I must say I only know you from reading these articles but I can’t wait until these two clowns lawsuits against you goes to court. I hope you put the smack down on these parasites & put their careers in the now banned chokehold. Hey maybe BLM & ANTIFA will run Keith Olson & John Mueller out of Yonkers.

    1. Hundred percent accurate. John Mueller and Keith Olson are pure lying dirty cops. So if they March with BLM they will be allowed to continue to lie their way out of everything and anyone. The Drunken City Mayor needs to stay off the late night dance floors and fix an infection that has been lingering under these two rogue cops for several years. We stand ready to legally come to the aid of any PBA members or CLSA members that have been the targets of harassment, threats, intentional in accurate police write ups and any civilians be it man or woman that has encountered any of the aforementioned.

    2. This seems to be a persistent problem within the city government of Yonkers. Corrupt top cops that lie on others for any reason.
Now look for your membership emails that say vote for a contract that going to give you longevity like the Firefighters got last contract without a sweat. Did I say sweat? Don’t worry Olson is at the end of his long winded lying career so he made a deal to fit you up for a nice cool body camera.
He truly suggests you vote like fools again for the next contract or a trustee or two will probably physically attack you, tell Mueller and then eventually you will be brought up on bullshit fabricated charges tailored for your circumstances. That is how the Yonkers Police Department works under Mueller and Olson

  10. Let us not forget the qualifications to get a job in the friends and family network, the office of OEM is being run by a jewelry salesman.

  11. Can someone go down to the waterfront projects and help the Yonkers PBA President Keith Olson stand up. He saw a rioter throw a brick at Yonkers Police Officer and took a knee.

  12. Violent crime is the highest it has ever been and John Mueller and Keith Olson are kneeling for Justice while Yonkers cops are told to avoid other crimes and look for firecracker arrests. Funny how these two cowards targeted residents and other Yonkers cops with pure coordinated intentional misleading reports and they March with BLM. You decide!

  13. Steve Lopez is another political hack that has no background or any reason to be on the Board of Education. He is a Spano hatch low life that calls himself a reverend from an online call. Mike Spano gives this zero a stipend for what. For residents that don’t know, Yonkers School District is low functioning and a failure. Dr. Q touted a high graduation rate and that sure is true because you don’t have to attend, show any effort and bam you get a pigskin saying your another “social promotion”.

  14. Does anyone know if Disco Mike Spano took a knee with his wrinkle suit, or was it the same suit that he was partying with his communication director.

  15. Can someone send this article to other PBA Associations and to NYCPD PBA Pat Lynch? They need a good laugh. See what they think of the two toys running YPD. We already know they think Mike Spano got a meatball stuck in his throat.

  16. Rev Lopez is double dipping from the friends and family fountain. Look into the IDA and all the other third party payola schemes.

  17. Charles Gardner and others didn’t have to kneel to show they were leaders in the Community. Guess that is what happens when your a mutt

  18. Hezi any word on the mayors appointee losing his A$$ primary night McGrath was appointed by the mayor he came in last how can that happen?

    1. Post

I haven’t spoken to anyone at Yonkers City Hall. It stands to reason that Mayor Mike Spano, who promised and was supposed to deliver Judge McGrath with a re-election win faltered to his own embarrassment and to a disheveled outcome for Judge McGrath. The promise and plan was to get McGrath re-elected. McGrath was appointed judge. That was intended so as to give Liam McLaughlin the position of Yonkers Inspector General which he now presides over. It is as if the Mayor played musical chairs and McGrath will only have the opportunity to serve as judge until the end of 2020. The Spano machine not only lost the capacity to retain the judgeship for McGrath, but also for Judge Daly. This particular race was lost for Daly and McGrath before it began. Ms. Verris Shako worked very diligently and successfully in building support for the office of Yonkers City Court. Daly and McGrath were lulled into complacency and counted on the Spano machine to get them re-elected. That was their failing. The Spano GOTV effort failed miserably. And lest anyone suggest the Minneapolis death or Mr Floyd’s was the basis for Shako and Karen Best, garnering the votes in a 1,2 order and Dan Romano coming in 3, is a fake political analysis as most of the ballots will eventually be proven to have been cast before the death of Mr. Floyd. After the killing of Mr, Floyd, it was expected that people of every color, gender, religion, however you define them the voters looked more favorably at candidates who were also of color. The political effort to garner support was erroneously focused on the wrong sections among the 6 districts that define Yonkers. Here again, a lack of knowing where to focus attention and gain support, as well as a lackadaisical attribution in believing the contest was a shoo-in. Evidently not. I wish Judge Day, Judge McGrath well in their future endeavors. Besides this election, it is evident that there are few knowledgable people who know how to run a campaign. The proof is in the outcome. And I dare say that those who engaged the Yonkers Tribune in a forthright manner gained a leg up! — Kindly, Hezi

    2. The Yonkers way pal. How can a PBA President attack another cop and get away with it. Look the City of Yonkers is corrupt. Like Nick Spano and an orange jump suit.

    3. Get rid of the Spano’’s and anyone they support too. This story should be a wake up call for the voters. Remember how this city government allows people of all color and nationalities to be demoted, harassed, and set up by this administration.
Just look how the police department attempted to cover up the Jamal DWI .
It is time to clean house.

  19. Laughable these kneeling cops that were kneeling are the cops that should be removed. No wonder they were kneeling. They are no different that the brick throwers. They just hide behind the lies they pin on other cops and civilians.

  20. News Flash: Yonkers Crime is through the roof and police officers are not permitted to chase gun runners but they do want arrests for firecrackers. Guess BLM won’t belly ache and promise not to pull down statutes and loot your businesses when you’re sleeping. Now take a knee please!

  21. Well you really should read the last few “Blue Truth Articles”. Only certain PBA and John Mueller’s car wash boys got the nod. Since you provided the post, did you see Michael Mueller’s name? Check out the names on the Yonkers Tribune’s previous article and you know who, what, when and why certain PBA members got to pension pad for years. Imagine my friends 60 hours of overtime to the filthy few for 5-6 years straight. Don’t blame the Yonkers Tribune. The Tribune has been reporting the Mike Spano slime for years.

  23. The good ole reverend is a swindler and scammer. The BOE is in crisis just ask Mr. Reynolds. He jumped ship quickly and swiftly.

  24. You would think that all the money the Yonkers PBA President Keith Olson doled our to Nick Spano, Nicky would have got the Joker and Olson a nice pair of knee pads that say Empire Strategic delivers in Yonkers.

  25. It is time for the Yonkers PBA taxpayers to dump Keith Olson. Don’t worry that he will ask the Spano’s to write him a love ❤️ letter as he is negotiating longevity for himself as he is getting ready to jump ship while you get fitted for body cameras.
