Mount Vernon Mayor Shawyn Patterson-Howard speaks to many issues, mostly centered around and about the City of Mount Vernon, New York. We delve into the repercussions of the killing of George Floyd. What initiatives Mount Vernon has or is contemplating instituting to ameliorate the treatment / mistreatment by police of the citizenry. We question if government, no matter the color, has found a balance among all its residents, or if the challenges lay ahead. Who and what will be engaged in the process of change? What. Is the vision for such a change? Is Mount Vernon City Hall contemplating a vision that requires the citizenry to engage in governance. Out of the Floyd tragedy as well as so may before him and even those that came after, is the public willing to travel together to an informed and balanced outcome? Can government be such a catalyst? From 10:30am onward.

If times remains, Hezi Aris returns to speak to national and international news replete with political analysis. The broadcast concludes at 12Noon.
