NISKAYUNA, NY, PINEHURST, NC, and YONKERS, NY — July 9, 2020 — Driving Me Crazy duo John and Laurie Wiles review the 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser HE (Heritage Edition) AWD SUV V8 and trace the inspiration and legacy imbedded among those who drove the incarnation of its earlier models. It is sure to win their plaudits for spanning the tests of time and its continuing evolution. From 10-10:30am

International Code Council Vice President of Government Relations Dorothy Mazzarella informs us that as New York enters phase four of its re-opening plans, how prudent and pertinent it is remember that even with some businesses beginning to resume activities, until employees and consumers feel safe leaving their homes and interacting in public, there will be no economic recovery. Recognizing and understanding this circumstance, the International Code Council (ICC)has compiled a guide of safety precautions and considerations for businesses. Acting as an aggregate information hub, the Code Council’s Coronavirus Response Center offers relevant information for building professionals and potential occupants to understand the impact the pandemic has had on the industry, as well as for companies who are currently creating plans and strategies to move back into their offices. Before we continue, we make inquiry as to the inspiration for ICC.

We review what the priorities for non-essential companies returning to the office are, how and what businesses must educate office managers and building safety professionals about because the issues are of great importance but often-overlooked safety tips and precautions for preparing stagnant buildings for reopening ahead of New York’s Phase 4 for re-occupancy. We delve into how building safety organizations are joining together to review building codes/standards to address new social distancing measures for the buildings, whether residential or commercial, of the future? And we learn how companies and building manager can access free resources at the Code Council’s Coronavirus Response Center. From 10:30-11am.

Thereafter, Hezi Aris, Yonkers Tribune Publisher / Editor-at-Large engages in the latest local, city, county, state, national and international news with commensurate analysis. From 11am-12Noon.
