2, 2014, at 7:30 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, 40 South Broadway, Yonkers, New York on the following General Ordinance, to wit:

Proposed General Ordinance

A General Ordinance amending General Ordinance 4-2000, also known as Chapter 43 of the Code of the City of Yonkers, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Yonkers, and the accompanying Zoning Map by amending said Map to change the Zone Classification of Block 4001, Lots 125 and 133 (known as 323 [a/k/a 307] Tuckahoe Road) from its respective present “BR” Zone District Classification into an “I” Zone District Classification.
