YONKERS, NY – January 26, 2012 – Mayor Mike Spano today announced that Carlos Moran will serve as the new Executive Director of the Yonkers Workforce Investment Board (YWIB). The YWIB oversees the Yonkers Employment Center, providing for the development of a high quality workforce and connecting job seekers with local employers.
