ALBANY, NY and YONKERS, NY — April 22, 2013 — New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo tis afternoon announced that Joint Commission on Public Ethics Chairwoman Janet DiFiore had stepped down. Gov. Cuomo appointed New York City attorney Daniel Horwitz to succeed DiFiore. Horwitz has served as a member of the JCOPE board since its formation in December 2011.
