Albany, NY, September 28, 2010 — Gubernatorial candidate Warren Redlich proposed that the Metropolitan Transportation Authority be privatized. The move would reduce operating costs dramatically, allowing for fare reductions and improved service. "The MTA chronically overspends and underperforms," Redlich said.
