 DEF Program Collected Over 21 Tons of Plastic Last Year       Westchester County is rescuing tons of non-biodegradable plastic that protected boats through the winter with the start of the boating season.  The program to collect and recycle the discarded plastic shrink wrap brought in over 21 tons from Long Island Sound boat facilities last year.
